Welcome to the digital platforms provided by FIFI SAX LLC ("FIFI SAX", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our mobile apps (including ApexPay, FitTrack Studio, TaskFlow), browsing our website, or using our development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

By downloading our software or engaging our consulting agency, you represent that you have read and understood these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these conditions, you must immediately terminate usage of our applications and consulting services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, source code, visual designs, database schemas, trademarks, patent designs, and branding logos contained within our digital applications are the exclusive intellectual property of FIFI SAX LLC or our licensors, protected under United States and international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run our applications solely for your personal or authorized enterprise needs.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree that you will not engage in any activity that compromises the security or integrity of our platforms, including:

  • Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or crack our application packages.
  • Using automated crawlers, scrapers, or bots to fetch or overload our server infrastructure.
  • Utilizing our products to store or distribute any illegal, malicious, or fraudulent materials.
  • Impersonating FIFI SAX staff or representing yourself as an agent of the LLC without written authorization.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our applications and websites are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any express or implied warranties. FIFI SAX LLC does not guarantee that our applications will be completely uninterrupted, free of software bugs, or completely immune to security threats. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIFI SAX LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our systems.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions, and any legal disputes arising from your interactions with FIFI SAX, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in courts located in Pasco County, Florida.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or block user account authentication at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we discover an violation of these Terms of Service or potential threat to our user base.
